If you become a victim of identity theft, simply email UHPA at feedback@uhpa.org or call the UHPA office at (808)593-2157. We will assist you in starting your recovery process by contacting ID Experts for you. A recovery advocate will be assigned to your case and will contact you typically within one (1) business day.
