The Hawaii State AFL-CIO Labor Community Services Program (LCSP) offers two direct services:  Rent/Utility Assistance and Food Program.  They are extending this service to other union members who are being affected by the Federal Government shutdown. UHPA Office Closed August 23 & 24

Due to the expected impact of Hurricane Lane, the UHPA office will be closed on Thursday, August 23, and Friday, August 24, 2018.  We anticipate that we will be back in business at 8 a.m. on Monday, August 27, 2018.
