Notice of Class Action Settlement – UH Data Breach Lawsuit

The mailed notification received by faculty members is legitimate, and there will be email notices as well.  There is no need to call the court. You should refer to the FAQs at www.uhdatabreachlawsuit.com/.

The Settlement provides free credit monitoring and free identity theft consultation and restoration services for a period of two years for the following possible data breaches:  Kapi‘olani Community College (March 2009); Honolulu Community College (February 2010); University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa (June 2010); University of Hawai‘i at West O‘ahu (October 2010); and Kapi‘olani Community College (June 2011).

If you have not received a notice in the mail by March 1, 2012 and have questions about whether you are eligible to receive benefits, please call 1-855-205-6935.
