A friendly reminder: Wednesday, June 2, 2010, is the deadline for employees to make changes to the upgrade payment source(s) for any unpaid upgrade amount. Changes to the fund source(s) may be made at the Hybrid Upgrade website https://www.ershybridupgrade.com/. This website will be unavailable effective June 3, 2010. If a revised remittance document is needed after June 3, 2010, please contact the ERS for instructions.
Payment for the Hybrid Plan Upgrade Program must be mailed and received by Buck Consultants no later than September 30, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). Please allow sufficient time to ensure that payment is received on time. Any check(s) received after the deadline will be returned to the ERS member. Upgrade payments will not be accepted at any of the ERS Offices.
