UH faculty can expect to receive salary increases beginning this summer. Effective July 1, 2025 all faculty shall receive the negotiated 3.5% across the board increase to their base salaries. Faculty on 11-month appointments will receive the negotiated increase reflected in their paycheck on July 18, 2025, and faculty on 9-month appointments, whose duty period begins on August 18, will receive the increase reflected in their paycheck on August 20, 2025.
The current Unit 7 UHPA/BOR Contract runs from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2029 and also includes the following increases during the contract period.
A 3.79% across the board pay increase to your base salary is scheduled on July 1, 2026;
A 4% across the board pay increase to your base salary is scheduled on July 1, 2027; and
A 4% across the board pay increase to your base salary is scheduled on July 1, 2028.
