Aloha UHPA Faculty Members,
Just a reminder to RSVP for our next member workshop where we will explore your contractual rights governing Academic Freedom, and why they matter now more than ever. This workshop will cover:
- – The history and evolution of both Academic Freedom and Free Speech, and critical distinctions and overlap between them.
- – The significant impact of 9/11and other events that impacted the landscape of Academic Freedom.
- – Current trends and evolving case law shaping the boundaries of Academic Freedom.
This workshop will be offered to UHPA Members ONLY both in-person and virtually via Zoom. There will be no recording of the workshop available. In-person attendance will be limited to the first 25 registered UHPA members and will be held at the UHPA Office. Please see details below.
