Prepare Legal Documents

A self-help package for preparation of legal
documents is now available to NEA members at a discount price.

Quicken Willmaker
Plus 2008
helps
individuals design an estate plan without the legal costs of hiring an
attorney.  The package was developed by the editors of Nolo,
America’s leading publisher of self-help and legal software.  It takes
users through a step-by-step interview process with information geared to the
specific laws of the state of residence.

3. LeapFrog SchoolHouse: Learning Tools for Classroom and Home Use

NEA Member Benefits and the National
Foundation of Credit Counseling (NFCC) teamed up in 2007 to provide financial
literacy and debt management education to members and their families.  A
special Web page at www.debtadvice.org.nea
provides information about financial counseling and education services offered
through NFCC-member agencies located nationwide.

Credit counselors are available to help
develop customized solutions to financial problems, either in person or by
telephone.  Services are free or at very affordable rates.
