UHPA members can now purchase Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance at a special low rate! $10,000 in coverage is available for only 37¢ per month, $100,000 is only $3.66 per month and you can purchase up to $500,000 in coverage for less than $20 per month. Additional coverage is also available for your spouse and dependent children.
