2014 EUTF Open Enrollment for Active Employees
The EUTF open enrollment period is scheduled from April 7 through May 2, 2014. This is an opportunity for employees to make changes to their health benefits plans and PCP election. Plan changes during the open enrollment period will be effective July 1, 2014.
