Attention UHPA Members

Have you returned your proxy form or repeal ballot? It's not too late. The deadline is April 23, 2008. The UHPA Board of Directors have approved a restated Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws for our organization to respond to the significant changes in the Hawaii Non-Profit law over the last three decades. UHPA needs to bring our governance documents into compliance with the current law.
