Committee Charters

Charters approved by the University of Hawaii Professional Assembly (UHPA) Board of Directors for the standing and advisory committees of the UHPA.

File CPE Charter
Charter for the Committee on Political Endorsements (CPE) adopted by the Board of Directors on February 6, 2010. Directors approved the amendment of the Charter on August 28, 2010. The CPE is a standing committee of the Board, which will expire on December 31, 2010.
File N&E Charter
Charter as amended approved by the UHPA Board of Directors on June 5, 2010 for the Nominations and Elections Committee, a Board committee of the University of Hawaii Professional Assembly. (An initial charter had been approved in August 2008 for the interim N&E Committee and modified on November 15, 2008.)
