Greenhouse pictures show deteriorating conditions of the roof, benches and evaporative cooling system. The "roof" pictures are of the main structure that covers the potting shed, tool room, walk-in reefer, dryer room, welding/repair ship and storage lockers. The metal roof is rusted and leaking in many areas. There is some dry rot on a few supporting beams.
